• Our gemstones are from Egypt and our metals are from South Korea.

Are your products handmade?

• All our products are fully designed and made by us.

Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?

• Custom designs are not available at the moment, however we are doing our best in order to provide this service as soon as possible.

Will my jewelry tarnish over time?

• No, however if the product has been exposed to any chemicals it may tarnish.

How should I store my jewelry?

• We always recommend putting your jewelry into its pouch which will always be included in your package from Bright Eagle.
